Workspace editing is available during the trial or an active paid subscription. Existing records remain viewable and exportable after trial expiry.
No. The browser tools do not require an account or card. New account emails are currently paused while branded email is completed. Requests remain queued; the trial starts only when an account is provisioned. A paid subscription begins only when you complete checkout.
The 14-day trial starts when your account is created and is shared across the Interesting Concepts products. Each product’s paid plan is subscribed to separately. After the trial, existing records remain available to view and export.
Sign in and open Account & billing. Review the current price and recurring interval in Stripe checkout before paying. Existing subscribers can open the billing portal from the same account area.
Use the billing portal in Account & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues for the period already paid. If the portal is unavailable, contact support.
The current plan is monthly and supports one workspace owner. Team seat management and annual billing are not part of this offer.
