Extra website pages: a quote template and pricing checklist
Separate additional pages from the original website scope with a reusable quote structure and a free editable starter.
“Can we add three more pages?” describes a quantity, but it does not yet describe a job. A page built from an approved template differs from a new page with custom layout, copywriting and integrations. Before choosing a price, identify which kind of addition the client means.
Name the baseline and the change
Start with the agreed scope: five pages, one shared layout system and two review rounds, for example. Then list the new page names. Linking the request to a clear baseline makes it easier to distinguish extra work from unfinished original work.
A usable draft reads: “Add Services A, B and C using the approved service-page layout. Client supplies final copy and licensed images. Includes one consolidated review round. Custom integrations and new layout directions are excluded.” Replace every example with the actual agreement.

Estimate the complete delivery path
Count setup, production, responsive checks, links, accessibility checks and the review round. If three pages need four hours each plus four hours of coordination and testing, the addition is 16 hours. This is an illustration, not a standard allowance.

Send a proposal that can be answered
The free Extra website pages template in Clearcut provides a starting structure. Add the fee, what must arrive from the client, and whether the delivery date changes. Review the exported draft before sending it yourself.
For example: “Added fee: $1,200. Delivery: five working days after the agreed content is received and the change is accepted.” Choose your own terms; the template neither sends an invoice nor verifies a signature. Keep the accepted version with the project record.
